Let’s talk a little bit about Customer Service.

Customer service is vital to every business. It is a simple philosophy that should be practiced by everyone in an organization, regardless of their position. The customer service representative must be able to understand customer needs. When a product or service does not perform as expected they should be capable of finding alternative solutions. In a timely manner this person should be able to “think” faster than the customer. It is a little more than treating your customers like you would want to be treated. It is treating your customers the way they want to be treated. Understanding that what you would expect might be different than what your customer might expect.
Not only does BUWW Coverings have an outstanding repair team that provides a standard repair turnaround of 3-5 business days with very high quality, because our covers undergo a stringent check off procedure before being shipped out to our customers; we have the same excellence to deal directly with our customers. For us, customer service is not a department but an attitude. Dedication and unwavering willingness are our tools to better assist customers, because this is what they are looking for. A good smile, good disposition and determination to accomplish each goal as they come! BUWW’s customer service team offers outstanding individualized service, we established a companywide policy requiring all incoming calls being answered on or before the second ring. When your machine is down we understand how frustrating it would be to call and have to speak to an automated voice messaging system.

Social Responsibility

Is Social Responsibility one practice, one concept or a Some of both? Since 90's, to grown a Social Responsibility culture, became almost a management imperative to companies whom intent to remain competitive. Many however feeling their way through an uncharted territory.
There are who affirm that some companies are doing nothing but being regret for produce goods and misery in just one time. Should the time to correct this have come, by social actions? It would be way to turn to the society and say: "Ok, we know that for 200 years we didn't have a good behavior, we extinguised animals and vegetables, we deforests, we polluted rivers and produce millons of pharmacologic around the world, but we are up to correct this mistake. From now we will do our part!"
Some critics may affirm that this is just Social Marketing with no results. But, some Social Responsibility defenders say that this is not the real idea, for them, big companies are "stack in between", and either they promote some social wellness, regardless the government action or they will be like the population.
There is where those social actions in favor of education, enviroment and health start to happen to bring back peoples quality of life. So they can remain, and sometimes, became to be citizens and consumers.
To BUWW Coverings, Social responsibility is an entrepreneurial view that worries about our social context, in other words, it doesn't mean we don't worry about profit. It means that we don't lock at it as an end itself, but as a way to reach a sustainability grown with more quality of life.
